Rion Greenhouse Photo Gallery / Rion Prestige Pictures - Rion Greenhouse in the Snow

Rion Prestige in the Snow
Customer Testimonial - R.K. from Maryland
"I just wanted to tell you that I am really pleased with my greenhouse.  It will be up 3 years in Spring and we've had a wonderful time with it.  Not only that, but the fears I had have never come to pass.

Last year we had very strong winds.  It would have been fine except that one door came open and allowed wind to blow out a roof panel.  It was retrieved, unbroken, put back in place and the door blocked so it can't come open again.  This winter we have had the worst snow that Maryland has ever had. I'd say we probably have about 40 some inches on the ground right now and 50 mph gusts of wind.  Perhaps it's because the greenhouse is somewhat sheltered by the house and some trees, but it's coming through like a champ.

Below is a picture I took on Sunday when we were cleaning up from the first snowstorm.  (We hadn't removed any snow from the greenhouse; it just slid off when the sun heated it up some.)  It hasn't stopped snowing/blowing enough today for us to do the cleanup from this storm (Wednesday), but I'll not be surprised to have an additional 15-20 inches on the ground after it's done.  If I didn't have to dig my way to it, I'd go sit inside - it looks so cozy."
